Successful application of nonferrous metal recognition sensor

A customer's mechanical equipment in North China originally used ordinary proximity sensors to detect the aluminum spare parts, because the installation space is limited, can not be bigger than 8 mm diameter, with the original common proximity switch, in the detection of aluminum detection distance can only be about 1.5-2 mm, and customers need to stabilize the detection distance is 2-3 mm, after communicating with our company and showing the requirement, the BS-F1+BT-308 sensor is selected. The test results show that this series is designed for different metal activities of non-ferrous metals, which is specially used to identify non-ferrous metals, and the separating design of amplifier and detection head is feasible. In order to adjust the sensitivity of the detection head and the detection distance on the amplifier, the function of small volume and long distance identification of non-ferrous metals is really played.
