In the application of labeling machines, different scenarios have distinct requirements. To address these needs, we have developed corresponding solutions to ensure accurate and efficient labeling operations.
Scenario Requirement 1: Label Position Detection for Precise Labeling
Heyi Solution: Accurate detection of label position is the foundation for precise labeling during the labeling process. Deviations in label positioning will directly lead to skewed labels, compromising product appearance.
To meet this requirement, we adopt the photoelectric label sensor LA-B12 for label detection and positioning.

Scenario Requirement 2: Bottle Positioning Before Labeling (for Specific Labeling Machines)
Heyi Solution: Some labeling machines require precise positioning of bottles before labeling. This is because bottles may vary in shape and size, or labels need to be applied to specific parts of the bottle (e.g., bottle neck, specific height of the bottle body). Inaccurate bottle positioning will result in labels being applied in non-compliant positions.
For this scenario, we mostly use the EB-C1 for bottle positioning prior to labeling.

Heyi Solution: When incoming materials enter the working area of the labeling machine, they need to be detected first, then clamped and fixed, and labeling is completed through rotation. This scenario is common for cylindrical products or products requiring multi-sided labeling.
To address this requirement, we adopt the combined solution of FM-E31 + FN-D076.
