Glue filling machine -- Application of Heyi fiber optic amplifier and detection head

The industry of filling liquid to bottle is very common in manufacturing industry. On the glue filling equipment, the empty bottle is positioned to the target position by Heyi’s fiber optic sensor first, and then the glue release tube is lowered. The glue is injected into the empty bottle according to the signal of the Heyi’s fiber optic sensor. When the glue meets the position marked by the sensor, the production line sends the bottle to the assembly position of the lid. Through the identification of Heyi’s fiber optic sensor and photoelectric sensors, the lid can be accurately installed on the glue bottle. The whole process is carried out by Heyi’s fiber optic sensor and photoelectric sensor, and zero error.
